January 1 birthday

CAPRICORNS  born on January 1 have an aristocratic nature regardless of background or family connections. They demonstrate good taste and know how to live well, even on limited resources. January 1 natives expect a great deal of themselves and always strive to live up to their expectations. This can be rewarding but also exhausting.

Friends and Lovers

Because the standards of January 1 natives are high, it’s sometimes difficult for them to find friends who share their values. They are loyal and retain friendships for many years. Their screening process is particular, and so they are unlikely to marry early. When they meet a special someone, they become eager to settle down.

Children and Family

Those born on January 1 set a good example for other family members, but even though they appreciate a close family life, they tend to go their own way in personal matters. They make good, if stern, parents. They set high standards and can be disappointed if their children don’t follow their example of personal responsibility.

Since people born on January 1 may have a sedentary lifestyle, it’s important they maintain good eating habits and avoid overindulgence in rich desserts or alcohol. Since they do not exercise on a regular basis, they should take brisk walks. Reliance on medication should be kept to a minimum.

Career and Finances

January 1 individuals have conservative career aims. They may discover their “calling” early or be influenced in their career path by the example of an older relative or sibling. Although they have great money sense, they aren’t entrepreneurial. They’re more at ease when they can manage their money in conservative ways.

Dreams and Goals

Though not given to lofty aims, individuals born on January 1 are concerned with meeting goals they may have set for themselves early. They have patience and endurance and understand some goals take a long time to become reality. Providing a secure emotional and financial future for loved ones is important to them.
